DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY – SEOUL

Main activities: Departure for South Korea

• Fly to Seoul, South Korea.
• Overnight on the plane.

DAY 2: SEOUL – NAMI ISLAND (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Discover modern and vibrant Seoul

• Arrive at Incheon Airport, complete Korea immigration procedures and begin the journey through the land of kimchi.
• Enjoy a welcome gift of crispy biscuits and Korea's signature banana milk.
• Stroll through the romantic natural scenery of Nami Island, notable for its straight rows of ginkgo trees – the beautiful setting of many hit Korean dramas
• For groups departing from 20/12/2026 to 20/02/2027: Experience the winter atmosphere at Elysian Ski Resort with an exciting sledding activity in the white snow (sled rental included. Ski Lift ticket not included. Ski Lift tickets are recommended only for guests who already ski professionally. Please note: guests should bring their own warm items such as scarves, gloves, socks, hats and warm clothing,..)
• Experience a Jjimjilbang – traditional Korean sauna, to relax and recharge
• Overnight in Seoul.

DAY 3: SEOUL – LOTTE WORLD ADVENTURE (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Fun at Lotte World Adventure

• Shopping visit at the Korea Ginseng Center and the cosmetics store, learning about the essence of health and beauty care in the land of kimchi.
• For groups departing from 01/01 to 15/02/2027: Experience the winter atmosphere at Eobiyeogok Valley, notable for its pristine scenery and the snow and ice typical of the Gapyeong area.
• Have fun at Lotte World Adventure with an unlimited-rides ticket, exploring one of Seoul's liveliest indoor and outdoor entertainment complexes.
• Overnight in Seoul.

DAY 4: SEOUL – CHILGAPSAN ICE FOUNTAIN FESTIVAL (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Discover the Chilgapsan Ice Fountain Festival

• Shopping visit at the red pine essential oil store.
• Visit Gyeongbok Palace and try on a Hanbok, immersing yourself in the traditional Korean royal setting (about 2 hours).
• For groups departing from 05/01 to 15/02/2027: Discover the Chilgapsan Ice Fountain Festival, where guests admire giant artistically shaped ice blocks in a magical winter landscape (sled slide included).
• Overnight in Seoul.

DAY 5: SEOUL – GYEONGBOK PALACE – HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast)

Main activities: Closing the journey

• Transfer to Incheon International Airport and check in for the flight back to Ho Chi Minh City.
• Arrive at Tan Son Nhat Airport. End of the tour.

Pricing for Children

For Vietnam Airlines flights:
• Under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price
• From 2 to under 12 years old: 75% of the adult tour price, no private bed
• From 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price, with a private bed
• 12 years old and above: 100% of the adult tour price
Note: If travelling with 1 adult and 1 child under 12 (the child pays the adult price to share 1 room).

Hoac Quy khach co the lien he nhan vien tu van Vietravel de duoc huong dan thu tuc.
- Doi voi nhung tour con thoi han huy nhung da lam visa, Quy khach vui long thanh toan phi visa; sau khi dat coc tour va truoc khi Vietravel nop phi visa: phi dat coc ve may bay se khong duoc hoan lai; truong hop Quy khach bi tu choi visa, le phi va dich vu xin Visa se khong hoan lai.
- Thoi gian huy chuyen du lich duoc tinh cho ngay lam viec tu thu 2 den thu 6, khong tinh thu 7, Chu Nhat va cac ngay nghi Le, Tet.
- Sau khi dat coc tour va truoc khi Vietravel nop Visa: chi phi khong hoan lai la 2.000.000 VND (phi dat coc ve may bay)

- If you cancel the trip right after the Embassy or Consulate has issued the visa (for countries requiring a visa): the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 08-11 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 14-19 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 05-07 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 10-13 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 02-04 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 02-09 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip within 01 day before the departure date: the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

- If you cancel or transfer to other tours more than 30 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and more than 45 days before the departure date for all other tours: no fee.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 25-29 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 34-44 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 20-24 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 25-33 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
