Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY - SEOUL (Overnight flight)

Vietravel tour leader welcomes you at the international departure gate for check-in to board your flight to Incheon - Seoul, the capital of South Korea. Overnight flight.

DAY 2: SEOUL – NAMI (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

At Incheon International Airport, the Vietravel tour leader assists with immigration procedures. Afterwards, each guest is given a "New Day Energy" gift pack containing crispy crackers and Korea's famous banana milk.

The vehicle will take the group for breakfast and then begin the sightseeing tour:

- Nami Island - located 63 km from Seoul. Nami Island is beautiful and peaceful, with over 200 different plant species. The most famous are the maple trees and straight rows of silver birches that appeared in the movie "Winter Sonata."

For departure dates from: 01/01/2025 – 10/04/2025: Guests will experience strawberry picking or seasonal fruit picking at the orchard with fresh and super-clean fruits. (Does not include the cost of buying fruit to take outside the orchard.)

For departure dates from: 12/04/2025 – 31/08/2025: Guests will visit Alpaca World - with an area of ~363,636㎡, Alpaca World is the first experiential zoo in Gangwon-do. It is home to hundreds of Alpacas, also known as South American llamas, along with many other animals such as deer, pygmy horses, rabbits, and parrots. Guests can meet the extremely friendly South American llamas, feed them, and walk along the open paths.

Upon reaching the designated time, the group will gather at the meeting point and travel to a local restaurant for dinner and spend the night in Seoul.

DAY 3: SEOUL – LOTTE WORLD PARK (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

After breakfast, the group begins their tour: Guests can visit and purchase rare cosmetics and ginseng at the Korean Ginseng Center and Comestic Outlet.

Afterwards, guests can freely explore and enjoy themselves at: Lotte World Park - the largest indoor amusement park in the world. Not only the largest, it is also extremely attractive with many activities and games that are not available everywhere. It attracts millions of visitors each year.

- The group can freely shop at the Myeongdong Fashion Street - the most fashionable capital in South Korea, this is also the street that sells not only many different fashion items but also has a wide variety of diverse and abundant food items.

At the appointed time, the group gathers at the meeting point and travels to a local restaurant for dinner and spends the night in Seoul.

DAY 4: SEOUL (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

After breakfast at the hotel, the tour begins. Guests will visit and shop at the red pine oil store, herbal medicine store, and Shilla Duty-Free store.

Then, the tour continues to: Gyeongbokgung Palace - This was the main residence of the Royal family during the Joseon Dynasty (1392-1910). The palace has 7225 rooms with magnificent royal architecture and elegant, solemn halls. Gyeongbokgung Palace is considered a famous art work with a unique and beautiful architectural style in Seoul. Guests experience wearing a hanbok at Gyeongbokgung Palace.

Visit Bukchon Hanok Village - with traditional Korean houses

The tour concludes with the transport to the dinner location and return to the hotel for rest.

DAY 5: SEOUL - HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast, lunch)

After breakfast at the hotel, the group will check out and begin the tour:

For departures from 01/04/2025-10/04/2025: Guests will visit Yeouido Park – a year-round attraction. However, spring is the ideal time to see the park's most beautiful scenery.

Note: The blooming of flowers can be affected by external weather conditions, resulting in early or late blooming, or no full bloom during the visit. This is an unavoidable circumstance, and we ask for your understanding and forgiveness. Thank you.

Continue to Namsan N Tower – a popular spot for couples. They come here and attach locks to the love tree or railings to express their wishes for a lasting love. Guests can enjoy panoramic views of Seoul from above (exterior visit, excluding tower access fees).

After the tour, guests will transfer to the airport for their flight back to Vietnam. Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat Airport, the tour leader will bid farewell.

For other departure dates: Guests will visit Eunpyeong Hanok Village, surrounded by the Bukhansan mountains, making it a picturesque location.

Take photos at Chorigol Cafe and enjoy drinks there. Vietravel provides one drink (coffee or tea) for our guests. (Depending on the actual situation, this point may be replaced by 1in Coffee or Starbucks Coffee)

After the tour, guests will transfer to the airport for their flight back to Vietnam. Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat Airport, the tour leader will bid farewell.

Pricing for Children

- Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
- Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 75% of the adult tour price (no private bed).
- Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (with a private bed).
- Children 12 years old and above: 100% of the adult tour price.
Note: If you have 1 adult and 1 child under 12, please pay the child's price with a bed to get 1 room.

Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

- After paying, if you want to transfer/cancel the tour, please bring the Tour Ticket to the tour registration office to complete the transfer/cancellation procedure and bear the costs according to Vietravel's regulations. We will not handle cases of transfer/cancellation requests via telephone.
- For tours that are still within the cancellation period but have already had visas processed, you will need to pay the visa fee.
+ After depositing for the tour and before Vietravel submits the visa fee: the non-refundable fee is VND 2,000,000 (air ticket deposit fee)
+ After Vietravel submits the visa fee: the non-refundable fee is VND 3,000,000
+ In the event that you are denied a visa, the non-refundable fee is VND 3,000,000. - Cancellation or change to other tours before 30 days prior to departure: No charges.
- Cancellation or change to other tours from 24-29 days before departure: The transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- Cancellation or change to other tours from 20-24 days before departure: The transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- Cancellation of the tour immediately after the Embassy or Consulate has issued the visa: The cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- Cancellation of the tour within 14-19 days before departure: The cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- Cancellation of the tour within 10-13 days before departure: The cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- Cancellation of the tour within 2-9 days before departure: The cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.
- Cancellation of the tour within 1 day before departure: The cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.
- Cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays

- Cancellation or change to other tours before 45 days prior to departure: No charges.
- Cancellation or change to other tours from 34-44 days before departure: The transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- Cancellation or change to other tours from 25-33 days before departure: The transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- Cancellation of the tour immediately after the Embassy or Consulate has issued the visa: The cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- Cancellation of the tour within 20-24 days before departure: The cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- Cancellation of the tour within 11-19 days before departure: The cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
