DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY – SEOUL

Main activities: Departure for South Korea

• Fly to Seoul, South Korea.
• Overnight on the plane.

DAY 2: SEOUL – NAMI ISLAND (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Discover modern and vibrant Seoul

• Arrive at Incheon Airport, complete Korea immigration procedures and begin the journey through the land of kimchi.
• Enjoy a welcome gift of crispy biscuits and Korea's signature banana milk.
• Stroll through the romantic natural scenery of Nami Island, notable for its straight rows of ginkgo trees – the beautiful setting of many hit Korean dramas
• From 01/01 to 16/02: Experience the winter atmosphere at Elysian Ski Resort with an exciting sledding activity in the white snow (sled included, about 2 hours).
• Overnight in Seoul.

DAY 3: SEOUL – HWACHEON ICE FISHING FESTIVAL (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Experience the Hwacheon Ice Fishing Festival

• Shopping visit at the Korea Ginseng Center and the cosmetics store, learning about the essence of health and beauty care in the land of kimchi.
• Transfer to Hwacheon and experience the Hwacheon Sancheoneo Ice Fishing Festival, joining a unique fishing activity in a lively winter setting (fishing rod included). Subject to weather conditions and local organisation.
• Experience a Jjimjilbang – traditional Korean sauna, to relax and recharge.
• Overnight in Seoul.

DAY 4: SEOUL – LOTTE WORLD PARK (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Free time at Lotte World Adventure Park

• Shopping visit at the red pine essential oil store and the Shilla Duty Free shopping centre.
• Enjoy Lotte World Adventure with an unlimited-rides ticket, exploring one of Seoul's liveliest indoor and outdoor entertainment complexes.
• Explore the bustling Myeongdong Street, a famous paradise for shopping and street food.
• Overnight in Seoul.

DAY 5: SEOUL – GYEONGBOK PALACE – HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast, lunch)

Main activities: Hanbok experience at Gyeongbok Palace

• Visit Gyeongbok Palace and try on a Hanbok, immersing yourself in the traditional Korean royal setting (about 2 hours).
• Discover Namsan Hanok Village, preserving the beauty of old Korean house architecture in the heart of the capital.
• Take photos outside N Seoul Tower, the symbol of Seoul with impressive panoramic views (tower entrance ticket not included).
• Transfer to Incheon International Airport and check in for the flight back to Ho Chi Minh City.
• Arrive at Tan Son Nhat Airport. End of the trip.

Pricing for Children

- Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
- Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (no private bed).
- Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 100% of the adult tour price (with private bed).
- Children 12 years old and older: 100% of the adult tour price.
*Note: If you have 1 adult and 1 child under 12 years old, please pay the child's price with a bed to get 1 room.

Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

- After paying, if you want to transfer/cancel the tour, please bring the Tour Ticket to the tour registration office to complete the transfer/cancellation procedures and bear the costs according to Vietravel's regulations. No settlement of transfer/cancellation requests will be made over the phone.
- For tours with a cancellation period but have already made a visa, please pay the visa fee
+ After booking the tour and before Vietravel submits the visa fee: the non-refundable fee is VND 2,000,000 (air ticket deposit fee)
+ After Vietravel submits the visa fee: the non-refundable fee is VND 3,000,000
+ In case you are denied a visa, the non-refundable fee is VND 3,000,000. - If you cancel or switch to other tourist routes before the departure date of 30: No charge.
- If you cancel or switch to other trips from 24-29 days before the departure date: The transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or switch to other trips from 20-24 days before the departure date: The transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel the trip immediately after the Embassy, Consulate has issued a visa: The cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel the trip within 14-19 days before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the trip within 10-13 days before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the trip within 02-09 days before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the trip within 1 day before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.
- Cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays
*Holiday tours are tours that take place on one of the public holidays as stipulated.

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

- If you cancel or switch to other travel routes before the departure date of 45 days: No charge.
- If you cancel or switch to other trips from 34-44 days before the departure date: The transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or switch to other trips from 25-33 days before the departure date: The transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel the trip immediately after the Embassy, Consulate has issued a visa: The cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel the trip within 20-24 days before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the trip within 11-19 days before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the trip within 02-10 days before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the trip within 1 day before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.
