DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY – SEOUL – NAMI (Lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Welcome to Seoul and discover Nami

• Fly to Incheon and enter South Korea.
• Enjoy a welcome gift of crispy biscuits and banana milk.
• Visit Songdo Central Park.
• Visit Nami Island.
• Return to Seoul, have dinner and stay overnight.

DAY 2: SEOUL – EVERLAND – PANDA WORLD (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Entertainment and family experiences

• Shopping visit at a ginseng store and a cosmetics store.
• Enjoy Everland Park.
• Visit Panda World.
• Overnight in Seoul.

DAY 3: SEOUL (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Seoul culture

• Shopping visit at the red pine essential oil store and Shilla Duty Free.
• Visit Gyeongbok Palace.
• Explore Insadong Street.
• Free shopping at Myeongdong Fashion Street.
• Overnight in Seoul.

DAY 4: SEOUL – HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Modern Seoul before the airport

• Visit Starfield Library.
• Explore COEX Mall.
• Have dinner, then go to Incheon Airport for the flight back to Vietnam.

DAY 5: HO CHI MINH CITY

Main activities: End of the journey

• Arrive at Tan Son Nhat Airport. End of the trip.

• Seasonal scenery and flowers may vary with the weather, blooming early/late or off-season; this is a force majeure case.
• The sightseeing order may be adjusted according to actual conditions.

Pricing for Children

- Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
- Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (no private bed).
- Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 100% of the adult tour price (with private bed).
- Children 12 years old and over: 100% of the adult tour price.
“Note: If you have 1 adult and 1 child under 12 years old, please pay the child's price with a bed to get 1 room.”

Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

- After paying, if you want to transfer/cancel the tour, please bring the Tour Voucher to the tour registration office to complete the transfer/cancellation procedure and pay the fee according to Vietravel's regulations. Do not handle cases of contacting to transfer/cancel the tour by phone.
- For tours that still have a cancellation period but have already applied for a visa, please pay the visa fee
+ After booking a tour and before Vietravel submits the visa fee: the non-refundable fee is VND 2,000,000 (air ticket deposit)
+ After Vietravel submits the visa fee: the non-refundable fee is VND 3,000,000
+ In case you are denied a visa, the non-refundable fee is VND 3,000,000. - If you cancel or switch to other tourist routes before the departure date 30: No charge.
- If you cancel or switch to other tourist routes from 24-29 days before the departure date: The transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or switch to other tourist routes from 20-24 days before the departure date: The transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel the tour immediately after the Embassy/Consulate has issued a visa: The cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel the tour within 14-19 days before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the tour within 10-13 days before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the tour within 02-09 days before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the tour within 1 day before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.
- Cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays
* Holiday tours are tours that take place on one of the holidays according to regulations.

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

- If you cancel or switch to other tourist routes before the departure date 45 days: No charge.
- If you cancel or switch to other tourist routes from 34-44 days before the departure date: The transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or switch to other tourist routes from 25-33 days before the departure date: The transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel the tour immediately after the Embassy/Consulate has issued a visa: The cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel the tour within 20-24 days before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the tour within 11-19 days before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the tour within 02-10 days before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the tour within 1 day before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.
