Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY – INCHEON (Dinner)

Main activities: Start of the journey

• Fly to Seoul and enter South Korea.
• Have dinner and check in at the hotel for a rest.

DAY 2: SEOUL – LOTTE WORLD PARK (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Fun and ocean discovery

• Enjoy the rides at Lotte World Park.
• Visit Lotte Aquarium.
• Have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.

DAY 3: SEOUL – NAMI ISLAND (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Nami Island and shopping

• Visit Nami Island.
• Free shopping at Myeongdong Fashion Street.
• Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 4: SEOUL – HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast, lunch)

Main activities: Traditional culture before departure

• Check out and visit Gyeongbok Palace.
• Hanbok experience.
• Take photos outside the Namsan N Tower.
• Go to the airport for the flight back to Ho Chi Minh City.

Pricing for Children

- Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
- Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 75% of the adult tour price (no separate beds).
- Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (with separate beds).
- Children 12 and over: 100% of the adult tour price.
Note: If you are travelling with one adult and one child under 12, please book a child's bed in order to have one room.

Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

- After making payment, if you wish to transfer or cancel the tour, please bring your travel voucher to the registration office to process the transfer/cancellation and pay the associated fee as per Vietravel's regulations. Transfers/cancellations will not be processed via phone.
- For tours with cancellation periods that have already obtained a visa, the guest will need to pay the visa fee.
- After booking the tour and before Vietravel submits the visa fees: 2,000,000 VND is non-refundable (booking deposit for flight ticket).
- After Vietravel submits the visa fees: 3,000,000 VND is non-refundable.
- If a guest is denied a visa, 3,000,000 VND is non-refundable. - Cancellation or transfer to other tours before 30 days of departure: No fee.
- Cancellation or transfer to other tours from 24-29 days before departure: 50% of the booking deposit.
- Cancellation or transfer to other tours from 20-24 days before departure: 100% of the booking deposit.
- Cancellation after the embassy/consulate has issued the visa: 100% of the booking deposit.
- Cancellation from 14-19 days before departure: 50% of the tour price.
- Cancellation from 10-13 days before departure: 70% of the tour price.
- Cancellation from 2-9 days before departure: 90% of the tour price.
- Cancellation within 1 day of departure: 100% of the tour price.
- Calculation of tour cancellation time is based on working days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
* Public holiday tours are those tours that fall within the public holidays as defined.

- Cancellation or transfer to other tours before 45 days of departure: No fee.
- Cancellation or transfer to other tours from 34-44 days before departure: 50% of the booking deposit.
- Cancellation or transfer to other tours from 25-33 days before departure: 100% of the booking deposit.
- Cancellation after the embassy/consulate has issued the visa: 100% of the booking deposit.
- Cancellation from 20-24 days before departure: 50% of the tour price.
- Cancellation from 11-19 days before departure: 70% of the tour price.
