Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY – SEOUL – NAMI ISLAND (Lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Departure for Korea & discovering Nami Island

• The night before Day 1: The tour leader meets guests at the airport and helps with check-in for the flight to Seoul. Overnight on the plane, with a light breakfast according to the airline's standard.
• Arrive at Incheon Airport, where the group completes Korea immigration procedures.
• Enjoy a welcome gift of crispy biscuits and banana milk.
• Visit poetic Nami Island, notable for its straight rows of trees and romantic setting; it is also a destination tied to famous Korean films.
• Explore Seongsu-dong – a trendy district loved by young people, with creative spaces, cafes and modern-style shops. See Seoul Forest and D-Tower from the outside.
• Overnight in Seoul.

DAY 2: SEOUL – HWADAM BOTANIC GARDEN (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Visit Hwadam Botanic Garden & cultural experiences

• Shopping visit at the ginseng store, learning about Korea's famous products.
• Transfer to Gwangju and discover Hwadam Botanic Garden – notable for its seasonally changing scenery, from the green of the forest to the vivid colours of flowers and leaves. Guests ride the monorail and take in the full beauty of Hwadam from a unique viewpoint.
• Check in outside Namsan Seoul Tower – a prominent symbol in the heart of the capital, located on Namsan Mountain (tower entrance ticket not included).
• Overnight in Seoul.

DAY 3: SEOUL – GWANGJANG MARKET – GYEONGBOK PALACE (Breakfast, dinner; lunch at own expense)

Main activities: Discover traditional and modern Seoul

• Shopping visit at the red pine essential oil store and the Shilla Duty Free shopping centre.
• Visit Gyeongbokgung Palace – a representative palace complex of the Joseon dynasty, notable for its ancient court architecture and wide courtyards steeped in Korean history.
• Explore Gwangjang Market – one of Seoul's famous traditional markets. Guests experience the bustling atmosphere and enjoy typical street foods such as rice cakes, mung bean pancakes, mayak gimbap… The group pays for their own lunch at the market.
• Stroll through Namsan Hanok Village – returning to old Seoul with traditional Hanok houses, small alleys and architecture steeped in Korean culture.
• Free shopping at Myeongdong Fashion Street – a lively shopping paradise in central Seoul, gathering fashion, cosmetics, brand stores and countless attractive street foods.
• Overnight in Seoul.

DAY 4: SEOUL – HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast)

Main activities: End of the journey

• Transfer to Incheon Airport for the flight back to Ho Chi Minh City.
• End of the South Korea discovery journey.

Pricing for Children

• Under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price
• From 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price, no private bed
• From 2 to under 12 years old: 100% of the adult tour price, with a private bed
• 12 years old and above: 100% of the adult tour price
Note: If travelling with 1 adult and 1 child under 12 (the child pays the adult price to share 1 room).

- Thoi gian huy chuyen du lich duoc tinh cho ngay lam viec tu thu 2 den thu 6, khong tinh thu 7, Chu Nhat va cac ngay nghi Le, Tet.
- Sau khi dat coc tour va truoc khi Vietravel nop Visa: chi phi khong hoan lai la 2.000.000 VND (phi dat coc ve may bay)

- If you cancel or transfer to other tours more than 20 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and more than 30 days before the departure date for all other tours: no fee.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 15-19 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 25-29 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 12-14 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 20-24 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel the trip right after the Embassy or Consulate has issued the visa (for countries requiring a visa): the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 08-11 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 14-19 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 05-07 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 10-13 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 02-04 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 02-09 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip within 01 day before the departure date: the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

- If you cancel or transfer to other tours more than 30 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and more than 45 days before the departure date for all other tours: no fee.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 25-29 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 34-44 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 20-24 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 25-33 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
