Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: HA NOI – COLOMBO – NEGOMBO (Light meal on the plane)

Main activities: Departure for the island nation of Sri Lanka

• Guests gather at Vietravel, No. 3 Hai Ba Trung, Ha Noi, or Noi Bai International Airport. The group checks in for the flight to Colombo (transit at Tan Son Nhat Airport)
• Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport (Colombo) and complete immigration procedures.
• The coach and local guide meet the group and transfer to central Colombo (about 45 minutes).
• Check in at the hotel and rest
• Overnight in Colombo or Negombo

DAY 2: COLOMBO – SIGIRIYA – KANDY (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Discover the World Heritage Site of Sigiriya

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Depart for Sigiriya (about 4.5 hours).
• Visit Sigiriya Rock Fortress (Lion Rock) – a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site and famous symbol of Sri Lanka, with an ancient palace built on top of a rock nearly 200 m high.
• Lunch at a local restaurant.
• Continue to Kandy (about 2.5 hours).
• Check in at the hotel.
• Dinner.
• Overnight in Kandy.

DAY 3: KANDY – NUWARA ELIYA (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Discover the old capital Kandy & the Ceylon tea highlands

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic – a sacred temple housing the Buddha's tooth relic, a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site.
• Depart for Nuwara Eliya (about 3 hours).
• Lunch at a local restaurant.
• Visit a Ceylon tea factory, learning about the production process and tasting Sri Lanka's world-famous tea.
• Visit the city of Nuwara Eliya – known as "Little England" in the heart of Sri Lanka, with a cool climate all year round and strongly colonial-style architecture.
• Check in at the hotel.
• Dinner.
• Overnight in Nuwara Eliya.

DAY 4: NUWARA ELIYA – AMBEWELA – ELLA – YALA (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Experience the most beautiful rail route in Sri Lanka

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Transfer to Ambewela Station.
• Ride the train from Ambewela to Ella (train tickets subject to availability), passing lush green tea hills, ancient stone bridges and beautiful valleys.
• Arrive in Ella, with free time to sightsee and take photos.
• Lunch at a local restaurant.
• Continue to Yala (about 3 hours).
• Check in at the hotel.
• Dinner.
• Overnight in Yala.

DAY 5: YALA – GALLE – BENTOTA (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Safari in the wild

• Depart early for Yala National Park for a Jeep Safari exploring a rich natural ecosystem, home to elephants, leopards, crocodiles, spotted deer and many rare birds.
• Breakfast (Breakfast Box).
• Depart for Galle.
• Visit Galle Fort – a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site steeped in Portuguese and Dutch architecture.
• Lunch at a local restaurant.
• Continue to Bentota (about 1 hour).
• Check in at the hotel.
• Dinner.
• Overnight in Bentota.

DAY 6: BENTOTA – KELANIYA – COLOMBO (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Discover modern Colombo & Buddhist culture

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Depart for Colombo (about 2 hours).
• Visit the Kelaniya Raja Maha Vihara Temple – one of the most sacred and oldest Buddhist temples in Sri Lanka.
• Visit the Gangaramaya Temple – a famous temple combining traditional Sri Lankan architecture with many precious Buddhist artefacts.
• Lunch at a local restaurant.
• Sightsee in Colombo: the Fort area, Cinnamon Gardens, Lotus Tower (visit from the outside), the Pettah district, the Dutch Church.
• Free shopping in the city centre: One Galle Face, Colombo City Centre, ODEL, Laksala.
• Dinner at a local restaurant.
• Transfer to the airport to check in for the flight home.
• Overnight on the plane.

DAY 7: HA NOI

Main activities: End of the journey.

• The group arrives at Noi Bai Airport (transit at Tan Son Nhat Airport).
• End of the Sri Lanka discovery journey – a land where wild nature, spiritual culture and unique colonial heritage meet.

Pricing for Children

• Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
• Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 75% of the adult tour price (no private bed).
• Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (with a private bed).
• Children 12 years old and above: 100% of the adult tour price.

Hoac Quy khach co the lien he nhan vien tu van Vietravel de duoc huong dan thu tuc.
- Doi voi nhung tour con thoi han huy nhung da lam visa, Quy khach vui long thanh toan phi visa; sau khi dat coc tour va truoc khi Vietravel nop phi visa: phi dat coc ve may bay se khong duoc hoan lai; truong hop Quy khach bi tu choi visa, le phi va dich vu xin Visa se khong hoan lai.

- More than 30 days before the departure date: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- 20 - 29 days before the departure date: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If the trip is cancelled right after the Embassy or Consulate has issued the visa (for countries requiring a visa): the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- 14 - 19 days before the departure date: the cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- 10 - 13 days before the departure date: the cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- 02 - 09 days before the departure date: the cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.
- Within 01 day before the departure date: the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.

-Neu huy chuyen du lich ngay sau khi Dai Su Quan, Lanh Su Quan da cap visa (doi voi cac nuoc can visa): Chi phi huy tour la 100% tien coc tour.
- Truoc ngay khoi hanh 25 - 30 ngay: Chi phi huy tour la 50% tren of the tour price du lich.
- Truoc ngay khoi hanh 11 - 24 ngay: Chi phi huy tour la 70% tren of the tour price du lich.
- Trong vong 10 ngay: Chi phi huy tour la 100% tren gia ve du lich.
