Tokyo – Mount Fuji – Chiba – Fun in Tokyo Disneyland

Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: HA NOI – TOKYO

Dear guests, gather at Vietravel Company (03 Hai Ba Trung, Hoan Kiem). The vehicle will take you to Noi Bai Airport, where you will complete your flight check-in for your Japan flight.

Direct flight from Ha Noi to Tokyo. Guests will stay overnight on the plane.

DAY 2: TOKYO- KAWAGUCHIKO (Lunch, dinner)

The group arrives at Narita International Airport. After immigration formalities, a vehicle and tour guide will take the group to the Tokyo city center for sightseeing:

• Visit the ancient Asakusa Kannon Temple, from where the group can take photos of the Tokyo Skytree Tower.
• Meiji Jingu Shrine – a symbol of Japanese Shintoism, nestled in a lush green forest in the heart of the city.

Lunch at a restaurant.

After lunch, the group travels to the Kawaguchiko area.

• Visit the ancient village of Oshino Hakkai at the foot of Mount Fuji. This ancient village is an interesting destination for tourists who enjoy exploring the well-preserved old ways of life of the Japanese people (if time permits).

Dinner at a restaurant.

Overnight stay at a hotel in the Mount Fuji area – experience a traditional Japanese Onsen bath. (Fujisan Resort Hotel or equivalent)

DAY 3: MOUNT FUJI - CHIBA (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Breakfast at the hotel.

The group will visit and shop at the JTC free tax Shop, then visit:

• Mount Fuji – (If the weather is nice, guests will go to station 5, admire the shimmering snow-capped peak of Mount Fuji in the sunshine) - the symbol of Japan.
• Lake Kawaguchiko – (one of the 5 lakes at the foot of Mount Fuji)

Lunch at the restaurant.

In the afternoon, the group will take a car to the Chiba area:

• Experience the unique coastal road Tokyo Bay Aqualine and stop at Umihotaru – a rest stop on the sea overlooking Tokyo Bay.

Dinner at the restaurant

Overnight stay at a hotel in the Chiba area (Hotel Crown Hill Kimitsu Hotel or equivalent).

DAY 4: CHIBA - TOKYO DISNEYLAND - CHIBA (Breakfast, lunch on own, dinner)

Breakfast at the hotel. Then, the group will visit:

• Tokyo Disneyland (including entrance fee): With a vast area, the park is divided into many themed areas such as Adventureland, Fantasyland, Tomorrowland... giving visitors the feeling of wandering into a magical fairy tale world. Here, visitors can meet famous cartoon characters such as Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Elsa..., experience exciting rides, vibrant Disney parades, and unique shows only found in Japan.

Guests have lunch on their own in the park.

Dinner at a restaurant.

Overnight stay at a hotel in the Chiba area (Hotel Crown Hill Kimitsu or similar).

DAY 5: NARITA - HA NOI (Breakfast, lunch)

Breakfast at the hotel.

• Visit Naritasan Shinshoji Temple – a long-standing sacred temple in Narita
• Stroll through the ancient Omotesando Narita street, immerse yourself in the nostalgic atmosphere with Edo-era wooden houses, and discover the beauty of old Japanese culture.
• Shopping at AEON MALL

Lunch at a local restaurant

Then, guests will go to the airport to process the return flight to Ha Noi. Upon arrival at Noi Bai Airport, Vietravel's car will pick you up to the city. Farewell and end the tour.

• The schedule and itinerary may be rearranged depending on actual conditions and the duration of using tourist vehicles as regulated in Japan – from May 1, 2024, is a maximum of 10 hours/day.
• Flowering seasons, autumn foliage are easily affected by external weather conditions. This is an unavoidable case, and we hope you understand and will kindly bear with us.
• Hotels may be located far from the city center about 1-1.5 hours by car during peak seasons in Japan like Cherry Blossoms, Golden Week (April 30; May 1), festivals, and Tet holidays…

• To ensure a smooth departure process, business owners, business owners, or individuals with personal income tax (PIT) obligations need to proactively complete all tax obligations before departure.
• Under current regulations, customs authorities can check tax payment status on the electronic system. Therefore, to avoid disruption during the departure process, please check your personal tax information by downloading and using the Etax Mobile application.
• Recently, there have been many cases where people could not leave the country due to not fulfilling their tax obligations to the state. Therefore, Vietravel recommends that you carefully check and complete the necessary taxes before the trip to ensure the travel plan is not affected.

Pricing for Children

• Children under 2 years old: 50% of the adult tour price.
• Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (NO private bed).
• Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 100% of the adult tour price (with private bed)
• In case there is only 1 adult and 1 child under 12 years old – the child pays 100% of the tour price for the 2 people to share 1 room.

Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

After paying, if you wish to cancel the tour, please bring your ID card and the payment receipt to the Vietravel office to complete the cancellation procedure. The company does not accept cancellations by phone.
Cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
1. In case you are denied a visa, the non-refundable fee is 3,000,000 VND. Not including the air ticket refund fee (Applicable according to the conditions of each airline.
2. Vietravel staff can only advise on visa applications according to the regulations of the Embassy and cannot guarantee visa approval as visa issuance is the decision of the Embassy.
3. Regulations on tour cancellation/refund conditions are implemented according to the Terms and Conditions of Sale of Travel Tickets attached to the contract. - 25 days or more before departure (business days): 25% tour fee penalty
- 14-24 days before departure (business days): 50% tour fee penalty
- 10-13 days before departure (business days): 70% tour fee penalty
- 2-9 days before departure (business days): 90% tour fee penalty
- 1 day before departure (business days): 100% tour fee penalty

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

- 45 days or more before departure (business days): 25% tour fee penalty
- 30-44 days before departure (business days): 50% tour fee penalty
- 25-29 days before departure (business days): 70% tour fee penalty
- 10-24 days before departure (business days): 90% tour fee penalty
- 1-9 days before departure (business days): 100% tour fee penalty
For holidays: Cancellation fees will depend on the regulations of airlines and foreign service providers.
