Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: HAI PHONG - HA NOI - TOKYO (Dinner)

Main activities: Start of the journey – Discover a modern metropolis

• Fly to Tokyo, Japan.
• On arrival, have dinner and check in for a rest.
• Overnight in the Haneda area, Tokyo

DAY 2: TOKYO – KAWAGUCHIKO (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Culture – City – Onsen experience

• Visit Asakusa Kannon Temple and take photos with the Tokyo Skytree from the Asakusa area.
• See and take souvenir photos outside the Imperial Palace of Japan.
• Attraction applicable only to departures from 20/03 – 10/04/2026: Cherry blossom viewing at the Sumida River (or Ueno Park, depending on actual weather).
• Free shopping in Ginza or Akihabara (if time permits).
• Transfer to Kawaguchiko.
• Check in and overnight at the hotel, with an Onsen bath experience
• Overnight in the Kawaguchiko area

DAY 3: MOUNT FUJI – NAGOYA (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Icons of Japan – Distinctive nature

• Mount Fuji (depending on actual weather, the Japanese government allows access to Station 1 or Station 5 for sightseeing).
• Explore the ancient village of Oshino Hakkai.
• Free shopping at Gotemba Outlet.
• Depending on the departure date and Japan's seasonal periods, guests visit one of the following:
• From December to February: Skiing experience
• Transfer to the Nagoya area.
• Overnight in Nagoya.

DAY 4: NAGOYA – KYOTO – OSAKA (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Ancient capital Kyoto – Shinkansen experience

• Visit Kinkaku-ji Temple.
• Explore Kiyomizu-dera Temple and Fushimi Inari Shrine with its thousand torii gates.
• Ride one Shinkansen leg from Kyoto Station to Shin-Osaka.
• Overnight in Osaka

DAY 5: OSAKA – KOBE – NAGOYA (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Culture – Cuisine – Port city

• Visit and take photos outside Osaka Castle.
• Transfer to Kobe and enjoy the busy harbour at Kobe Harbourland.
• Lunch with Kobe beef.
• Transfer to Nagoya (area near Chubu Airport)
• Overnight in Nagoya (area near Chubu Airport)

DAY 6: NAGOYA/ OSAKA – HA NOI - HAI PHONG

Main activities: End of the journey

• Transfer to the airport and take the flight back to Ha Noi
• End of the program

General notes for the journey

• Natural scenery may change with the seasons and weather at the time of the visit, and blooming flowers are easily affected by outside weather conditions, blooming early, late or not in full bloom at the time of the visit. This is a force majeure case; we ask for your understanding.
• The sightseeing order may be adjusted according to actual conditions.
• The Shinkansen experience may change depending on operating conditions.
• Guests must complete their tax obligations before leaving the country

Pricing for Children

- Children under 2 years old: 50% of the adult tour price.
- Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (NO separate bed).
- Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 100% of the adult tour price (with a separate bed)
- In case there is only 1 adult and 1 child under 12 years old – the child pays 100% of the tour price so that the 2 people can share 1 room.

Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

1. In case you are denied a visa, the non-refundable fee is 3,000,000 VND. This does not include the fee for canceling the flight ticket (applicable according to the conditions of each airline. For VJ, QH, VN, you must notify 24 hours before departure. In case the visa is issued late after the flight time or the visa is denied within 24 hours before departure, the full flight ticket will still be charged) + cancellation service fee. Vietravel will inform you of this cost according to the actual situation at the time of cancellation and visa results.
2. Vietravel staff can only advise on visa applications according to the regulations of the Embassy and cannot guarantee visa approval, which is entirely the decision of the Embassy.
3. Regulations on tour cancellation/refund conditions are implemented according to the Terms and Conditions of Sale of Tourist Tickets attached to the contract. - 25 days or more (business days) before departure: 25% of the tour price.
- 14-24 days (business days) before departure: 50% of the tour price.
- 10-13 days (business days) before departure: 70% of the tour price.
- 2-9 days (business days) before departure: 90% of the tour price.
- 1 day (business day) before departure: 100% of the tour price.

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

- 45 days or more (business days) before departure: 25% of the tour price.
- 30-44 days (business days) before departure: 50% of the tour price.
- 25-29 days (business days) before departure: 70% of the tour price.
- 10-24 days (business days) before departure: 90% of the tour price.
- 1-9 days (business days) before departure: 100% of the tour price.
For holidays: Cancellation fees will depend on the regulations of airlines and service providers abroad.
