19:30 Guests gather at Vietravel company (03 Hai Ba Trung, Hoan Kiem). Transportation to Noi Bai Airport, to complete flight check-in for the Japan flight. Direct flight from Ha Noi to Tokyo with All Nippon Airways.
Overnight flight.
The group arrives at Narita Airport, completes immigration procedures, and has breakfast independently.
Then, a vehicle will take you to explore Tokyo:
- Asakusa Kannon Temple: The oldest temple in Tokyo, where major national festivals take place, and the story of the temple's mysterious origins. Visit Nakamise-dori street, experiencing an ancient Tokyo in one of Japan's oldest shopping streets. From here, the group can take pictures of the Tokyo Skytree.
- March-April period: Cherry blossom viewing at the Sumida River (or Ueno Park): You can capture stunning photos of cherry blossoms here with over 600 Japanese cherry trees and the iconic Tokyo Skytree in the background.
- Ueno Park: Famous for museums, particularly art museums such as the Tokyo National Museum, with a temple and zoo featuring pandas that attract visitors' attention. This is also famous for 1,000 cherry trees, a popular date spot for young Japanese people for enjoying cherry blossoms, taking pictures, or enjoying sake next to the cherry trees.
Lunch at a restaurant.
- Sightseeing and taking commemorative photos outside the Imperial Palace - built on the former site of Edo Castle - a large park surrounded by ponds and stone walls in the heart of Tokyo. This is also the current residence of the Japanese Royal family.
- Shopping in Ginza or Akihabara (if time permits).
Dinner at a restaurant.
Check into your hotel in Tokyo for the night.
Guests have breakfast at the hotel.
Afterwards, the tour bus will take the group to Yamanashi:
- Oshino Hakkai Ancient Village - a peaceful village nestled at the foot of Mount Fuji, which has maintained its traditional Japanese architectural style and evokes a sense of nostalgia for the land of the rising sun.
- January-February: Oishi Park - the park is located north of Lake Kawaguchi. From the park, visitors can see the beautiful scenery of Lake Kawaguchiko and Mount Fuji. The flower path is located west of Oishi Park, where visitors can admire the colorful flowers throughout the four seasons.

- March-April: The group experiences picking Western strawberries. Visiting the Earthquake Museum: Here, guests will experience the realistic shaking sensation of an earthquake in Japan (the group will not be separated at this point).
- Shopping at the duty-free Gotemba Outlet.
Dinner at a restaurant.
Overnight stay at a hotel in the Mount Fuji area.
Relax and enjoy the sauna in the natural hot spring pools in the resort area.
Guests have breakfast at the hotel.
- The coach picks up the group to visit Mount Fuji (If the weather is good, guests will be taken to station 5, to admire the glistening snow-capped peak of Mount Fuji in the sunshine) - a symbol of Japan - the highest active volcano and mountain in Japan - 3776m high and surrounded by 5 lakes.
- Experience the tea ceremony - a distinctive aspect of Japanese culture.
Lunch at a restaurant.
The group departs for Nagoya.
Dinner at a restaurant. Overnight stay in Nagoya.
Breakfast at the hotel. Local guide and vehicle will pick up the group and depart for sightseeing in Kyoto:
- Golden Pavillion Temple, the entire temple is covered with beautiful gold leaf and is one of the oldest temples in this ancient capital.
- Fushimi Inari Shrine. Fushimi Inari Taisha, an extremely important Shinto shrine located south of Kyoto, Japan. Fushimi-Inari-taisha shrine is famous for its "Zenbon Torii" tunnel with many vermilion Torii gates in the temple grounds.
Lunch at a restaurant
After lunch, the group will travel to Osaka. Shopping at JTC tax-free shop (not separated from the group for this point)
Dinner at a restaurant. Overnight stay in Osaka
Breakfast and hotel check-out.
The group stops to visit outside Osaka Castle (exterior visit) - recognized as a world heritage site with beautiful winding moats surrounding, a pride of Osaka and Japan.
Lunch at a restaurant and transfer to ITM airport for a flight to Narita Airport - Tokyo; continue to catch a flight back to Ha Noi. Arriving at Noi Bai Airport, Vietravel's car picks up guests back to the city. Farewell and the end of the tour program, see you at the next tours.

Note:
- Time and itinerary may change the order of destinations depending on practical conditions.
- Flower blooming season, autumn leaf season are easily affected by external weather conditions. This is an unavoidable case, please understand and forgive us.
- Hotels may be far from the city center by about 1 hour - 1.5 hours by car during peak seasons of Japan such as Cherry blossoms, Golden Week (April 30, May 1), holidays, Tet holiday, etc.
- Children under 2 years old: 50% of the adult tour price.
- Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (no separate bed).
- Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 100% of the adult tour price (with separate bed).
- In cases of only 1 adult and 1 child under 12 years old, the child pays 100% of the tour price for both to share a room.
1. If the customer is denied a visa, the non-refundable fee is VND 3,000,000. This does not include the refund for the flight ticket (apply according to the terms of each airline. For VJ, QH, VN, notification is required 24 hours prior to departure time. If the customer is denied a visa within 24 hours of departure or arrives late after the flight, a full tour cancellation penalty will apply) + service cancellation fees. Vietravel will inform the customer of the specific fees upon cancellation and visa decision.
2. Vietravel staff can only advise on visa applications based on embassy regulations, and cannot guarantee visa approval; this is entirely a decision made by the embassy.
3. Policies for tour refunds/cancellations are in accordance with the attached travel ticket sales conditions in the contract.
OTHER NOTES:
- Groups with fewer than 15 people will not depart (the company will announce the postponement 15 days prior). Because the pricing is calculated for groups of over 15, any additional costs for departures with fewer than 15 people will be communicated to customers based on the actual conditions of each group. In the event the tour does not depart, Vietravel will refund 100% of the customer's payment and no other expenses will be charged.
- Customers are responsible for checking and providing complete and accurate information. Ensure that passports are valid for at least 6 months from the end of the tour (for international tours) and ID cards are valid for at least 15 years (for domestic tours) before submitting to Vietravel for service bookings.
- Customers who have had cosmetic surgery (nose job, eyelid surgery, chin reshaping) may face difficulties with customs clearance.

2. Bring supporting documents from the surgery/hospital.
- Customers who require an invoice can inform the consultant when booking. The deadline is 7 days after tour completion.
- For children travelling with relatives, they must have their own passport, parental authorization letter, and certificate from the Ward/Commune where they are registered.
- The tickets are for group tours; refunds/cancellations are not allowed.
- Itinerary and hotels may be reordered to suit the group's situation, but the total number of attractions will not change.
- Vietravel may use different airlines for the trip as appropriate.
- Customers who do not return to the trip on schedule will be liable for the difference in airline tickets. Whether or not entry permits will be granted will be decided by immigration department officials on a case-by-case basis.
- Customers from 70 to under 75 years old need to sign a health declaration with the company. For customers aged 75 and above, a comprehensive health certificate issued by a doctor and a health declaration with the company are required. A close relative under 60 years old (in good health) must accompany them. In addition, customers over 75 are recommended to purchase higher-level supplemental insurance (rates vary per tour).
- Customers over 80 are not accepted.
- Pregnant customers, please inform the tour consultant at the time of booking for further information. Customers 5 months pregnant and beyond will not be accepted due to safety concerns.
- If you require a single room or travel alone, for group tours with 3, 5, 7 ... people, single travellers will sleep in a triple room. If you are travelling alone/ or require a single room and there is no match, you will need to pay a single room surcharge.
- Visa for re-entry into Vietnam for foreign or overseas Vietnamese customers with single-entry visas: VND 850,000/person.
- If the customer is a Vietnamese overseas citizen or a foreigner with a separate visa, please bring it along on the tour.
- When booking, carefully read the itinerary, tour price, inclusive and exclusive items, and cancellation conditions on the receipt.
- If the booking is done by another person, please inquire about the details of the tour.
- As flights depend on the airlines, there may be unexpected schedule changes.
- Insurance applies only to Vietravel's tour customers and incidents during the travel period (from departure to arrival). If medical treatment continues after the tour, insurance also covers it (based on the medical facility's invoice).
- The amount of insurance coverage will be decided by the insurance company and will be settled in accordance with the contract between the insurance company and Vietravel, not according to all customer invoices.
- Immediately after registration and before visa processing: free.
- Before departure by 25 days (working days): 25% penalty on the tour price.
- Before departure by 14 - 24 days (working days): 50% penalty on the tour price.
- Before departure by 10 - 13 days (working days): 70% penalty on the tour price.
- Before departure by 2 - 9 days (working days): 90% penalty on the tour price.
- Before departure by 1 day (working day): 100% penalty on the tour price.
- Before departure by 45 days (working days): 25% penalty on the tour price.
- Before departure by 30 - 44 days (working days): 50% penalty on the tour price.
- Before departure by 25 - 29 days (working days): 70% penalty on the tour price.
- Before departure by 10 - 24 days (working days): 90% penalty on the tour price.
- Before departure by 1 - 9 days (working days): 100% penalty on the tour price.
For holidays, cancellation fees will depend on the regulations of airlines and service providers in the destination country.
