THE NIGHT BEFORE DAY 1: HANOI - TOKYO (Overnight on the plane)
Guests will gather at Vietravel Company (03 Hai Ba Trung, Hoan Kiem). A car will take guests to Noi Bai Airport, to check in for their flight to Japan.
Direct flight from Hanoi to Tokyo. Guests will spend the night on the plane.
DAY 1: TOKYO - MOUNT FUJI (Lunch, dinner)
After arriving in Tokyo, the group will go through immigration procedures and have breakfast independently at the airport.
Then, the group's car will start to travel to Mount Fuji.
- Visiting Mount Fuji - (If the weather is good, guests will be taken to station 5, to see the glittering snow-capped peak of Mount Fuji in the sunshine) - a symbol of Japan, an active volcano and the highest mountain in Japan - 3776m high.
Lunch at a restaurant.
- Visiting the ancient village of Oshino Hakkai at the foot of Mount Fuji. This ancient village is an interesting destination for tourists who want to experience the original lifestyle of the Japanese people.
- The group will go shopping at the Gotemba Outlet tax-free shopping area.
Dinner at a restaurant
Check in to the hotel and enjoy a night's sleep. Experience Onsen, a traditional Japanese bath.
Guests have breakfast at the hotel. The group returns to Tokyo:
- Visit the ancient Asakusa Kannon temple, from here you can take photos of the Tokyo Skytree.
- From mid-November to early December, the group will visit the Meiji-jingu Gaien district, one of the most famous autumn foliage viewing spots in Tokyo. There are many ginkgo trees in Meiji-jingu Gaien. The ginkgo trees turn golden in autumn, making the scenery here inexpressibly beautiful.
- Visit and take commemorative photos outside the Imperial Palace – built on the former site of Edo Castle – a large park surrounded by ponds and stone walls in the heart of Tokyo. This is also the residence of the Japanese Imperial family.
Lunch at a restaurant
In the afternoon, the group visits and shops at Tokyo's largest shopping districts Ginza or Akihabara.
Dinner at a restaurant.
Stay overnight at a hotel in Tokyo.
Guests will enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
Guests will have one day of free time to explore, enjoy, and shop in Tokyo.
Here are some suggested places to visit:
+ Shopping districts: Shibuya, Shinjuku, Harajuku,
+ Amusement parks: Disneyland, Disney Sea...
Self-catering for meals and transportation.
Hotel: Shinagawa Prince Hotel or similar.
Breakfast and check out of the hotel. Guests will depart for sightseeing.
The transfer van will take the group to the airport for their flight back to Ha Noi. Upon arrival at Noi Bai Airport, a Vietravel van will transfer the guests to the city. The tour concludes with a farewell.

Notes:
- The schedule and itinerary may change in order of visiting sites according to real conditions.
- The flowering season, fall foliage and autumn leaves may be affected by external weather conditions. This is unavoidable and we kindly ask for your understanding and forgiveness.
- Hotels may be located somewhat distant from the city center, about 1-1.5 hours by car, during peak seasons in Japan, such as cherry blossoms, Golden Week (April 30 - May 1), holidays, or Tet.
• Children under 2 years old: 50% of the adult tour price.
• Children from 2 years old to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (NO private beds).
• Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 100% of the adult tour price (with private beds)
• In cases where only one adult and one child under 12 are traveling - the child pays 100% of the tour price so that both can share a room.
After paying, if you want to cancel the tour, please bring your ID card and payment invoice to Vietravel's office to process the cancellation. The company does not accept cancellation requests via phone.
Tour cancellation time is calculated on working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
1. If your visa application is rejected, the non-refundable fee is 3,000,000 VND. Does not include the return ticket fee for the flight (Applies to the conditions of each airline).
2. Vietravel employees can only advise on visa applications according to the regulations of the Embassy and cannot guarantee visa approval, as visa issuance is the Embassy's decision.
3. Terms and conditions for refunding/canceling the tour are in the attached travel ticket sales terms and conditions document.

- Before departure date by 45 days (working days): 25% penalty for the tour
- Before departure date 30-44 days (working days): 50% penalty for the tour
- Before departure date 25-29 days (working days): 70% penalty for the tour
- Before departure date 10-24 days (working days): 90% penalty for the tour
- Before departure date 1-9 days (working days): 100% penalty for the tour
For holidays: The penalty for cancellation will depend on the regulations of airlines and service providers in foreign countries.
