Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY - PARIS

Vietravel leader welcomes guests at Tan Son Nhat International Airport's international arrival terminal. Guests complete their flight check-in procedures for their connecting flight to Paris, the capital of France.

DAY 2: PARIS (Lunch, dinner)

Arriving in Paris, the group completes immigration procedures. The tour bus will take the group for a city tour: taking photos outside the Arc de Triomphe and the Louvre Museum. After lunch, guests visit the Fragonard Perfume Museum – built on the foundation of an old theater, then upgraded over two years to become a unique historical performance venue, showcasing the process and techniques of perfume making. Experience a romantic Seine River cruise, taking photos with the Eiffel Tower – a symbol of France. Free time for shopping at luxury shops on Champs-Elysees Avenue. Dinner and check into the hotel for rest.

DAY 3: PARIS - EIGUISHEIM - COLMAR (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Breakfast and hotel check-out. The group departs for Colmar by high-speed train TGV. Guests stroll through the old town and La Petite Venise, also known as Little Venice of France, with the peaceful La Lauch River (a branch of the Rhine) and the line of ancient houses on both sides. After lunch, the car takes the guests to visit Eguisheim village, a small medieval village in Alsace, which has been ranked among the most beautiful villages in France and the most popular on the tourism map. Dinner and check in to the hotel for rest.

DAY 4: COLMAR - BERN - GENEVA (Three meals)

Breakfast and hotel check-out. The group continues to Bern, the capital of Switzerland. Here, you will have the opportunity to explore and take photos at historically significant squares, and impressive architectural buildings such as: Parliament House, Zytglogge clock tower. After lunch, the group will travel to Geneva – Switzerland's second most populous city. See the iconic Jet d'Eau water fountain, the United Nations headquarters and Old Town. Dinner and check in to the hotel for rest.

DAY 5: GENEVA - CHAMONIX – MILAN (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Breakfast and check out from the hotel. Farewell to Geneva, the tour departs to Chamonix. Guests will take the cable car to visit Aiguille du Midi peak located in the Mont Blanc massif in the French Alps (*). After lunch, the tour departs to Milan, the fashion capital of the world. The group will take photos outside the Sforza Castle, Duomo Cathedral, La Scala Opera House, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. Dinner and check into the hotel for rest.

(*) Note: November - December each year will have cable car maintenance schedules. Depending on the maintenance schedule, the program will change the way of visiting the Chamonix - Mont Blanc area via Montenver mountain cogwheel train / Flegere cable car / Brevent cable car...

DAY 6: MILAN - CINQUE TERRE – PISA (Three meals)

Breakfast and hotel check-out. The group departs for Cinque Terre, a breathtakingly colorful paradise in Italy. Cinque Terre consists of five charming coastal villages perched on hillsides and cliffs overlooking the Mediterranean Sea: Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza, and Monterosso. Guests explore the villages, admiring their picturesque and serene scenery (depending on time, one or two villages in Cinque Terre can be visited). The group travels to the city of Pisa or its surroundings for dinner and check-in to the hotel for rest.

DAY 7: PISA - ROME (Three meals)

Breakfast and hotel check-out. The tour departs for sightseeing and photos outside the Pisa Cathedral complex, the piazza, and the Leaning Tower of Pisa, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Lunch with local cuisine, Florentine Steak. Free time for shopping with famous Italian brands at The Mall Luxury Outlets. Transfer to Rome, the ancient capital of Italy. Dinner and hotel check-in.

DAY 8: ROME (Eat three meals)

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, the group visits the **Vatican Museums**, one of the largest museums in the world. Here, many valuable artworks from major collections established by the Roman Catholic Church over the centuries are displayed. In the museum area, the most famous is the **Sistine Chapel** – this is also where Cardinals meet to elect a new Pope and where summit meetings between the Pope and heads of state take place. Visit the **St. Peter's Basilica** – the holiest site in Vatican City, attracting believers and tourists from around the world. Located on the burial site of St. Peter, this magnificent and largest basilica in the world has a 136m high dome designed by Michelangelo, housing hundreds of priceless artworks. In the afternoon, the group takes pictures outside the **Colosseum** – a place used for gladiators and slaves to compete and perform for the Roman public in ancient Rome and is considered one of the most beautiful surviving Roman architectural symbols. The group has dinner and returns to the hotel for rest.

DAY 9: ROME - HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast, light lunch at the airport)

Breakfast and hotel check-out. Guests will start their sightseeing tour at Piazza Navona, followed by photos outside the Pantheon – the "temple of the gods." It was built in 118-126 AD during the reign of Emperor Hadrian. Next, the group will visit the Trevi Fountain. This Baroque architectural masterpiece is one of the most famous fountains in the world, featured in classic films such as La Dolce Vita, Three Coins in the Fountain, and Eat Pray Love. Guests are free to explore and shop for souvenirs until the time to return to the airport for the flight back to Vietnam (transit flight, depending on the airline). Light lunch at the airport (**).

(**) If the flight departs after 17:00, Vietravel will arrange a set menu lunch at a local restaurant for the group.

DAY 10: HO CHI MINH CITY

At Tan Son Nhat Airport, the Vietravel tour leader bids farewell to guests, concluding the tour.

Pricing for Children

● Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
● Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 75% of the adult tour price (no private bed).
● Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (with a private bed).
● Children aged 12 and over: 100% of the adult tour price.
For tours using Turkish Airlines (TK):
● Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
● Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 85% of the adult tour price (no private bed).
● Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 100% of the adult tour price (with a private bed).
● Children aged 12 and over: 100% of the adult tour price.

Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

- After payment, if you wish to transfer/cancel the tour, please bring your Travel Ticket, receipt and ID (of the paying guest) to the tour registration office to complete the transfer/cancellation procedure in accordance with Vietravel's regulations. Or you can contact a Vietravel consultant for guidance on the procedure.
- For tours still within the cancellation period but for which a visa has been processed, please pay the visa fee; after the tour deposit is paid and before Vietravel submits the visa fee, the airline ticket deposit fee is non-refundable; if a visa application is refused, visa fees and services are non-refundable.
- Tour cancellation time is counted in working days from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and Tet.
- If a Schengen visa is refused, the non-refundable fee is VND 5,500,000 per guest - Cancelling or transferring to other tours 20 days before the departure date (for Southeast Asia tours) and 30 days before the departure date for all other tours: no charge.
- Cancelling or transferring to other tours 15-19 days before the departure date (for Southeast Asia tours) and 25-29 days before the departure date for all other tours: the transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- Cancelling or transferring to other tours 12-14 days before the departure date (for Southeast Asia tours) and 20-24 days before the departure date for all other tours: the transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If the trip is cancelled right after the Embassy/Consulate has issued the visa (for countries requiring a visa): the tour cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- Cancelling or transferring a trip 08-11 days before the departure date (for Southeast Asia tours) and 14-19 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- Cancelling or transferring a trip 05-07 days before the departure date (for Southeast Asia tours) and 10-13 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- Cancelling or transferring a trip 02-04 days before the departure date (for Southeast Asia tours) and 02-09 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.
- Cancelling or transferring a trip within 01 day before the departure date: the tour cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

- Cancelling or transferring to other tours 30 days before the departure date (for Southeast Asia tours) and 45 days before the departure date for all other tours: no charge.
- Cancelling or transferring to other tours 25-29 days before the departure date (for Southeast Asia tours) and 34-44 days before the departure date for all other tours: the transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- Cancelling or transferring to other tours 20-24 days before the departure date (for Southeast Asia tours) and 25-33 days before the departure date for all other tours: the transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If the trip is cancelled right after the Embassy/Consulate has issued the visa (for countries requiring a visa): the tour cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- Cancelling or transferring a trip 17-19 days before the departure date (for Southeast Asia tours) and 20-24 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
